PRM Series:
- State-of-the-art rotomolding: productivity and flexibility;
- Can be configured with 2, 3 or 4 arms/conveyors;
- The only carousel machine with 6 stations;
- Automatic and independent management for each arm, thus each mold (or set of molds) on a given arm is management separately;
- Compared to a fixed-arm turret machine, the independent-arm carousel is much more flexible, especially when running parts made from different materials or different wall thicknesses on the same machine.

WORK CYCLE
Because we offer a 6-station configuration, this provides much more flexibility than the typical 5-station configuration seen on most machines. Here is a description of other features on our PRM Series:
- The oven is equipped with a powerful blower to force the hot air throughout the oven;
- The intermediate waiting zone after the oven can be used for pre-cooling;
- The cooling station is either open or closed. The latter offers the advantage of an extraction fan and it contains more efficiently water is used in the cooling stage;
- Two zones can be used for the loading/unloading of parts;
- Arms: both axes are driven by gear-motors with direct drive (no chains).
If required, the workstations can be set-up differently based on specific needs.

OPTIONAL
- The Automatic Process Management can be used to improve the process control via a wireless temperature logger.
- Zero position search;
- Single or double cooling station;
- Multi-passage inner air system per arm (2 or 3);
- “C” shaped or “L” shaped offset arms;
- Semi-circular doors on cooling chamber;
- Exact positioning of molds (±1°) via encoders mounted on gear-motors for each axes and programmed in recipe of each part;
- Work platform.
